Steve Evans, Managing Director

Steve has proven leadership as an executive, consultant, and small business owner for organizations of various sizes and structure in 16 countries, including global Fortune 100 companies. He is adept at achieving exceptional and sustained results in dynamic environments, and has demonstrated his ability to transfer expertise to diverse industries: Financial Services, Brokerage, Credit, Banking, Insurance, Energy, Professional Services, Retail, Recreation, and Non-Profit.
Steve is an expert in several quality management methodologies, and was one of the first Six Sigma Master Black Belts in the service industries. He was innovative in early deployments for End-to-End workstreams and achieving benefits in revenue-generating processes as well as operations expense reduction.
Steve has transformed large-scale operations to meet disruptive market conditions and demanding regulatory environments. His recent emphasis has been in the cultural transformation of organizations with accompanying process innovation. He is also a committed early personal and professional adopter in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and artificial intelligence.
In addition to leading Evans Business Group, LLC, Steve is the Managing Director of econymous, LLC, a blockchain, cryptocurrency, and artificial intelligence consultancy specializing in the transformative organizational adoption of these technologies.
Steve has professional and personal international experience.
